The festival is hosted by the Redlands Pottery Community Project, a local nonprofit founded on the belief that working with clay builds confidence, calm, and a sense of community. Recognizing that not everyone has access to traditional pottery classes or studio memberships, the organization is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality ceramics education throughout the Inland Empire — providing free or reduced-cost pottery programs, including both handbuilding and wheel throwing, for those who would benefit most.
